Mark's lineup before Groove Driver was a band called "Muff".  John Perkins and Carl Taylor collaborated together to write many of the songs that Groove Driver eventually reproduced as their own.  Since Passage had songs on it that were recorded by these artists, it is only fitting to say that they are silent members.  Also, John did play one Groove Driver show at Ashland Coffee and Tea.
